Very much doubt it, top speed for ADSL2+ is 24Mbit/s and your wired connection likely tops out at 100Mbit/s whilst your wireless if its 802.11/g (most probable) tops out at 54Mbit/s. If its 802.11/n then its top speed will be variable as the standard has been ratified. BUT if you're router is 802.11/b then it will top out at 11Mbit/s and you would benefit from a new faster router (see here for details of wireless standards).Note that you're laptop or wireless device needs to match the router. I.e. its no good having a router thats sending out a signal on 'g' if you're laptops wireless only supports 'b'
What upload speeds would you potentially get with 2+ ? What actual speeds do you connect at? My package is "up to 8mb" but I rarely get more than about 3.9mb down/0.8mb up due to my distance from the exchange.
I wouldn't bother then - I doubt you'd get that much more with 2+. Consider migrating to a normal ADSL provider that offers more upload - I use Nildram's Business Pro package which will offer up to 16mb down (it's gone up from 8!) and up to 1mb upload for £19.50 pm
