) he actually met the otter who was in Tarka the otter. (I think a lady brought him in, rather than the otter actually attending school with him, but who knows? It was Wales.

Cali (name is derived from the fur colour as tortoiseshell is technically known as Calico or Caliby which you can't get from the B&W as she just looks like a plain tabby!)
