I was started left hand on poor small pocket, right hand on higher goodish edge, left foot on obvious hold, right heel on sloper round arete.

pull, left slap for damp top, right quickly up to match top, body fly out and disappear down the hillside.

is this about right? class problem

Yeah that's the move, holding the swing is the hardest part.  The more static you can do it, the easier it is to hold
