The tricky part of that bar exercise will be the pull up. Do some dips as they make you stronger.
Nope, i'm right. A footless mantel won't be helped by dips over that exercise.Maybe it will if i train some parrots to sit on my shoulders and flap me into position it might??? These cranky old timers.....

Muscle ups on a bar are a piece of piss, they're just not that hard, kids do them in the playground FFS.One armed dips you will struggle on.
