Best 7B+ Around stanage/Burbage area
January 10, 2009, 12:26:54 am
Hi there,

I was just wondering what problems people could reccommend to try for a first 7b+. I'm not just solely bothered about the grade itself but i was just wanting some suggestions for the best problems at that grade around stanage/burbage area.

I have tried West side Story a few times, which seems like a very good problem, (but did start to become frustrating setting up for the last move). So I was wondering about some more..

The Storm looks good, ?

also, my pair of anasazie greens are starting to develop small slits in the front, so I may have to result in just using my dragons, so bear this in mind with the problems.

Cheers!

Got a list of around eight 7b+ problems ideal Verde, seven for the Anasazi Velcro's (though oddly only 6 for the womens fit) and three for the lace-ups. Can't think of any for Dragons, sorry!

Perhaps you could try a route/problem called the promise. I hear its onsightable, and who knows, someone may write a report about it! Hope this helps.

I've found Dragons awful on grit that isn't steep. Anyway, Dick Williams at Secret Garden is a good steady 7b+.

Shit or Green Room Slap SS both still 7B+ and fairly burl? Deliverance is a laugh in toe downs compared to anasazi's and may be worth the + in them  ;)

In reply to: Mini, yeah the dragons arn't too good on grit, so I wore my greens for ages and there starting to loose it, but i'll get some more on my birthday

Zods Beard, Lol!, But seriously  I would actually like to climb the route.

Cowboy hat, Yeah that looks like a mint problem in the guide, I'll have go and try it, if I can actually find the place unlike last time i tryed!

Nar! I tried Deliverance once, I'm just not tall enough for that, I could maybe do it if is spent loooooads of days on it!

This is why I think I might not like WSS, because it seems good up until the last move, but if the last move is the hardest, then that type of move is really not my style. But still fun to try it like. But generally I prefer really steep stuff or cave problems ect (most of the time)

Help the young, velvet crab, the rib, stanage without oxygen all around the mark, why not just do good problems rather than chase the grade?

There are plenty of web-sites where this character could be copy and pasted from, just open a secondary tab (Ctrl + T in most browsers) do the browsing Ctrl + C once you've highlighted the relevant character in that then come back to the tab with UKB.  Theres a list of ASCII character encodings to get you started.

You're not wrong word. In fact, after watching you on it, that sounds conservative.

Velvet crab = 7a+
The Rib = 7b
SWO=E5

With a few pads I'd say SWO is a modestly highball 7b.
