Holy mother of fuck!     I had to turn off after about 2/3 of it, the finger chopping pretty much finished me off (not like that  ), I couldn't make myself watch again after I hid behind my hands for that bit. 

I did like the bit where the little silver balls popped out, and I've seen photos of the majority of the other 'modifications' before, although it's a bit more cringe worthy in video form. 

I like a lot of quite extreme body mods, and I am the first one to admit that if I had boy equipment I would probably be tempted to mess with it in the interest of SCIENCE, but some of that shit is just a wee bit too extreme.
