Probably intersting rather than significant but on questioning Ryan Pasquill said he did 8 Ball last weekend.

I hope the questioning wasn't under a bright spotlight and handcuffed to a chair.

Please Chris this is the 21st century and such tactics are not necessary. All I had to do was impersonate Adam Long on the phone...

Ah, New of the World Tactics, rather than Scotland Yard.

Not sure if this is classed as significant, but it brought a massive smile to the guy that did the deed (called Tim I think) -
Cherry falls at the cliff in a session.  Classy and hard 8a+. 8)

I'm guessing surname Palmer..

Guessed correctly - well done Tim! :strongbench:

Seems like you've applied a News International approach to the facts anyway - Ryan did Full Power, not 8 Ball.

I wouldn't blame Shark, more likely Pascal couldn't remember which was which!

Defo said 8 Ball. I can see tomorrow's headline now. "Pasquill makes a balls up". This story's going to ££run and ££run.

I didn't know there was an alternative called Full Power either.  :guilty:

Not really headline news, he does stuff like that every day. The famous one was when he forgot he'd done Brad Pit.

I briefly met him one afternoon at Stanage and then at the pub with Cofe, Adam, Mawsons and other beasts (some pretty girls as well) and I must say he's one of the friendliest, nicest people I've met. his smile always gives me good vibes and energy.
he's a living legend in my opinion, for what he does and how he does it.
nonchalance innit?

Some more snippets. Katy did Walk On By yesterday. Ryan had a good session at Anston Stones ticking two 8A's and an 8A+. That's all I know.

That's a fucking good effort, it was grim enough before Caff pulled the hold off.

edit: hold on, you didn't get this info by impersonating me again did you? Have you got my phone? Why can't I get into my house?

If anyone's wondering about details, Ryan did White Light, Dark Art and Revolver. None of them took him very long. In fact, he did them all in about the same length of time it took him to do Resonate and Ebola. And I think I told him the wrong start so he started those 2 too high (for reference - are they sits or do they start 1 hold higher each i.e. avoiding the damp/mossy undercut?). Which means they're obviously all 7b+ and Ryan's a punter.

if you don't need a towel on one or both hands then you're starting ebola too high - thats the rule of thumb.

Apparently Ryan HAS done 8-ball now. Does this make Shark some kind of prophet? Or just when he impersonates me? (Looking forward to hearing said turn btw)

S'easy. Just have to pinch my nose and talk slower. All that boy needs is a nudge in the right direction.

Nice work Ryan - is it true you've done Mutation?
