Anyway.

Top effort Dan - and the write up (on the place where Mick Ryan is now banned) talks about the work/climbing balance efforts made to get the problem done (though that wasn't linked above).

Peace y'all.

Two ascents both by a Dan! Alan Partridge would be impressed.

There's plenty of hard climbing people who don't work who you should be attacking instead  ;)

Get to fuck the lot of you  :spank:. I would have done my proj if I hadn't gone to Guernsey for 3 weeks. And now Harrison's got me hanging from my balls all day so I'm knackered. Dense is the one who hasn't worked for a year  :tease:

You didn't mention rigging off your balls - are they EN795 certified?

Good effort by Sebastien!  I climbed here briefly about 7 years ago, was only climbing about 6c so didn't do any of the big steep routes. The cave there is absolutely massive, really impressive! Seems a bit off the map for UK climbers though

8c Jee is now 8c+ Jee, or put another way Adam Jeewoth did Raining Bats and Dogs at Malham on Thursday. As you might imagine he was psyched with a capital S

I think La Balme might be the sector with most 9a or harder in France. All done first by Mathieu Bouyoud. Lots of link ups though...

Looks like Ned has done Dandelion Mind n'all now, though it looks like it wasn't hard enough for him to break out the Moccasyms:

In other news, Dan Turner has repeated Bewilderness.

Dan Woods has completed Thor's Hammer at Flatanger 9a+
http://www.rockandice.com/lates-news/daniel-woods-smashes-thors-hammer-5-15a

Also Dave Graham has ticked Ondra's 'Illusionist' at 9a at Flatanger.
Quote
Graham turned his attention to The Illusionist (5.14d), an unrepeated line also bolted by Midtbø and first redpointed by Ondra. “Daniel Woods made a super inspiring ascent of the beast rig Thor's Hammer which got the crew all fired up, so I decided to give my secondary proj a proper send burn for the hell of it, and boom, made the 2nd ascent of The Illusionist!”

I love it when the crew gets all fired up like that.
