Too many letters apparently.

Stubbs don't confuse disparaging with relating a story. I'll get Owen to come back from Norway n speak to u on my behalf  ;)

I think you're just so good at it you're disparaging without even realising!  How come you need Owen to talk for you, you rarely seem to have a problem getting out what you think  ;)

That's a good problem!
Got told by a German named Fabian that he showed Malc muttertag n went round to clean the top for him, by the time he'd walked round the boulder Malc met him comin over the top. Then within 20 mins he climbed thro the sit to miss the top hold. He put his boots in his bag n Fabien said what are you doing its one of the best projects here to which Malc replied its not is it n then walked off.
Sorry for goin all Lincoln on everyone
Do you also remember someone saying "I think I've found a good problem, looks about 7a+"
Turned out to be the sitter to muttertag

Details are sketchy but there certainly seems to be plenty of significance going down on the Hot Aches Odyssey. Another E8 flash from Caroline Ciavaldini and slew of hard sends at Nesscliffe

WHAT A HERO!! WAZ BEAR GRILLZ WIV HIM???!

When you read stuff like this, it makes you wonder why (apart from the £££, sponsorship gimmick opportunities, the £££, the BBC coverage and the £££) he'd bother:

How many people weighting a single rope?? Imagine the mess of axes and crampons if it broke.

Have fun, greater resolve than I.

Andy Kirkpatrick - Everest sucking on the barrel is quite amusing.

“If you have to step over a dead body half way up then it’s classed as walk.  On real climbs the bodies fall to the bottom”.

I’m told the figures for deaths on Everest are 1 in 10, which sounds bad until you consider the ratio between big fuck off scary mountain and clueless out of their depth tourist, and I expect if you dropped this bunch into Mosside the numbers would come out the same (if nothing more than the fact that walking around Manchester in a big yellow North Face down suit would lead to certain death via mugging).

After flashing an 8b+ in the Jura a couple days ago, Matilda Soderlund just boshed out her first 8c there too... in four tries!

Great things from Gabri Moroni in the Frankenjura. A couple of 8c+ (the video of "Zugzwang" is mindblowing! Ondra said it could be 9a for Christ sake) and a 9a.

Unjustified got about 10 metres of extra climbing added to it today by Anthony 'the peugot' ingham. After climbing Unjustified, he kept going into the 7a+ above that's recently been rebolted. His first at the grade, whatever the grade maybe.  :beer2:
