Not been for a decade but have fond memories. I heard that the council might be selling the place in 2009.

Me and Ken went the other night. The new woodie is excellent, get down there and put some problems up people.
There is also a new monthly pass you can buy, which I think is £25 and makes it very worthwhile if you go 2 or 3 times a week

The Temple is indeed open at the weekend but I don't know what times - try calling the centre on 0161 792 2375.

Tues can be very busy. Thurs is usually much quieter.

tuesdays are quite busy as per usual, worth downloading the topo definately if youve not been before. im there tuesdays and thursdays.

think wiki says but its open 9 till 3ish on both days. shuts very early on a friday. think 1:30pm.
thursdays arent too busy. mondays and wednesdays seem least busy apart from the weekends which are realy quiet.

friction was top last night as it was baltic.

Make sure you check the forecast before you go, it suffers from seepage in very wet weather.

Just come back, it closes at 3 on sat and 3:30 on sun, don't know what time it opens, probably 10. Pretty quiet tonight, not much seepage on the 50...

Yes me too, must have missed you as I was on the 50 all night. I'll second the Temple over MCC any day. £4 as opposed to £7.50, its a no brainer.
