Anyone care to hazzard a guess on conditions at the cliff tomorrow (Sunday)? Or even better a morning weather report from a helpful local (UTG?).
Cheers groovers.

a morning weather report from a helpful local.

Hard frost, clear skies, wrap up warm and prepare to crush...

I'm on that too. Been working since 8, so I hope I'll be granted a couple of hours this afternoon.

Went to the cliff this afternoon - was OK but light drizzle moved in about 4.30. Friction was not that great - felt a bit greasy but was dry (if that makes any sense!). Mud not too bad, though cowshit fest near and to the right of morrels wall....
But great to get back on the grit (1st time this year..)
 ;D

Almscliff was MINT this afternoon/evening. Superb friction for the time of year. Northerly wind keeping things cool and midges away. Best I've seen (&felt) it since May... tomorrow should be a cracker too if the weather stays the same... get up there, it was strangely quiet too - only 4 cars there when we left at 7:15....

Any one know if it's worth me heading up there today, it's very drizzly here in Mancunia.

Sun is out, though it's grey over Wills Mothers. Not rained here yet today so worth a punt.

Bailed from a damp Caley and had a decent day at the cliff today.  The fresh breeze and the sun were battling it out for conditions over the course of the afternoon.  The Sun was winning in most places though....

Better now, though it was mizzling until about an hour gone. Sun trying to peek through too, though almost no breeze for drying. If any crag is worth a punt......

TOO LOUD. VOLUME DOWN.
Nemo tryed that today without problems (aside the usual ;)) - the cliff is prime now if you don't mind paying special attention.  8)

i was there sunday night by lamp light. The crimp rail on DWR had some ice on it, the top hold of DBS was snow covered and icy. Crucifix traverse low was fine.

most of the crag was plastered though and DWR was the only area i found that was clear. Been snowing lightly central leeds today.

No problems with the rock, plenty of problems with the climber!
