I have tweaked my neck and have a pain in the top of my shoulder that sort of runs up the side of my neck. I've had this before and I think that its the trapezius muscle?
I am prone to this and it happens relatively frequently

Does any body else have this problem and what can I do to sort it out (specific training or stretching)?
