You'd think they'd change the tax wouldn't you? A straight 4 dollars a gram or whatever they decide upon.

As for health insurance policies, don't those have clauses about overuse of alcohol and the likes already? I guess if you have declared that you are a non smoker,  but are now puffing away occasionally, you could find that your insurance company won't pay up ( when they find out, that is, I reckon they're pretty good at finding out)
