Has anyone tried this https://www.trainingbeta.com/checkout/?rid=ple8AJ a power endurance 6 week programme. I know its lazy, but I've hit a motivational low and could do with something to follow, I'm also going to benefit from the longer workouts, over the years I've been applying the 'stop strong' ethos a little too enthusiastically!

I have not done any of their plans, so be interesting what others say as I am always looking for better ways to train
For me though, I am not sure what you would get from this plan more than any other generic free plan on the internet

I think you are right, I just need to sit down for a couple of hours and write up a plan that convinces me!
