Anyone got any tips - Would like to see a climber or someone with experience of climbers if possible, bit at a loss now Nina's selfishly moved to Squamish >:( ;)

In case anyone else sees this , I saw https://dannybrownphysio.com/ last week, seemed very good (suppose its early days in my rehab yet)
Climber, really clear in explaining his diagnosis, lots of rehab stuff and options, even threw in a theraband for me!
Recommended.
