It looks like Nitric Oxide (Not Nitro glycerine) might be a useful aid to alleviate chronic elbow pain

basically using the GTN to vasodilate the area.

use heat instead... cheaper!

tiger balm type stuff, heat and acupunture have worked for my elbows in times gone by
