Crikey! Thanks. What about the rock, did you get the feeling it was dry? Have you looked at any other lime venues recently?

Lots of wetness on kudos wall.    Not sure anywhere else. Can't imagine its great though given the amount of rain. Still raining..

Anyone know if kudos is still wet? In fact is there any lime dry at the moment?

Had a look today after discovering Tor was wet. Rock looked dry but it's completed flooded out. There was a fishman there in his waders enjoying the connies.

I took my wellies and waded across to have a look this morning - warm ups wall curiously dry but above 8" of water, kudos soaked - no dry rock at all and the landing flooded as well.
Crag across the road gopping, right hand side of minus 10 dry..

Went for a wander today, as trying to have a rest day. Good job I took my wellies.

Think the link to photos should sum it up!

It never used to be this way.

All year round, in terms of dry ground wasn't even a concern. It's turning into a tidal venue. By the the time the waters gone down, the cons will be horrific. We used to redpoint  there in the depths of winter. I'd add a half and grade at least to all the routes, coz it will be mid May before we all get on them!

Surely the BMC can agree a better access/ sluice agreement than is currently in force?

Climbed at Rubicon Yesterday morning, all of Kudos wall was dry and wasnt flooded, the start pocket of Tsunami was a bit gammy but easily dryable. The traverses were dry but still a bog under Rubicon, Caviar has also still got a big puddle at the bottom

Does Rubicon face the same way as the tor? If so, this update may be irrelevant as the wind was blowing straight into the tor today and the heavens opened up big time about an hour ago.

Only looked from the other side on our way to the Cornice but quite a few large wet streaks on that wall tonight so I'd guess no, sorry.
