STG - 5 problems, in no particular order; Zoo York, Chiasmata, Frank, Dark Art & Crazy Legs Crome. Get stronger legs for skiing at the end of Jan
MTG - high 7s not my normal style on grit, Lager3 & Ben's Groove Sit in particular
LTG - so much to do, so little time

M - third session on Zoo York. All the moves done, and found micro beta which turned them from totally desperado to feeling half doable on the link. After trying that for a few hours I managed a quick repeat of Ju Ju Club which was satisfying.
T - lunch squats session. Managed a new PB of 4 reps @ 60kg (which I realise is still pretty terrible
W - rest
T - Depot. 50' board mainly, trying my Zoo York simulator. New high point going for the dead point. Didn't climb very well overall, felt tired.
F - lunch gym, mainly did supersets of squats and bench press, 3/4 reps on each both @ 60kg (again, not great but good for me)
S - visiting family
S - back late from family visit. Squeezed in a quick repeaters session on the hangboard.

STG - get back to 7A
MTG - 7B
LTG - 7C

Preferably all lancs problems

M - can't remember
T - BUK with R-man
W - Entwistle Run, 7k. 5k section PB - 23.34
T - Board- first time in ages, good session, just doing previous crimpy problems
F - BUK - with Antoine
S - Nowt
S - Nowt

Not a bad week, was supposed to be at BUK on the Thursday but couldn't make it out in the end, glad to have a decent board session though. Chuffed to get a 5k PB even if it was a segment... Weight still stubbornly 11.5st...

Fr: Peak looked clagged so headed to Craig-Y-Longridge. Mostly dry and finally managed my first 7 at the place... (not how Probes does it on his video - as I discovered afterwards....)

Back around ;)

:D spent ages trying to figure it out and missed the simpler way. Yes next time (if it’s ever dry after all this rain)...

Though In Robins guide it says 7A for taking a less direct way... ;)
