Yeah, very much banned still. They've built a heritage centre and cafe there now, plus where the boulder is is so overgrown with stinging nettles. If your willing to sneak in at night when there's no people around you may get away with it, but there's cctv and a police officer lives down the road, so you'd probably have to bush whack through the woods to get to it.
