Mon. Board tried some old projects and they are still projects
did a couple of new things. Turbo 1 hour.
Tue. Work and nothing.
Wed. Work and nothing.
Thu. Board 30 warm up problems the repeaters 5 on 5 off 5 sets with 39.25 lbs added. Turbo 1 hour.
Fri. Turbo 1 hour.
Sat. Nothing looking after grandson.
Sun. Board did a couple of new things lots of goes on projects. Tried to teach 2 and half year old grandson how to climb on a 40 degree board. He wasn't that impressed, liked bouncing on the mats though.
6 months ago I was working full time and I could train without any problem after work. I now do 2 days a week and I struggle like mad to do anything after work.
