After 6 years where I am now I could probably do with a change of scene anyway!

I'm up to 9 1/2 , and getting institutionalised! I get a tie pin next year! Good luck with the move.

2x10mins LI Aero

10x1min HI AeroCap

What rest times to you use between reps for HI and LI AeroCap?

For High Intensity I usually do 1min on 1min off, sound about right?

Cheers
LI, 10 mins work. Rest times, 5-10 mins. Ish. Not overly strict about it.

HI, generally 1on 1off yes but i guess rest times will vary on your fitness, work just below os grade and complete 10 1 minute reps finishing pumped but not failing.

M.
T. Max hangs.
W.
T. Max hangs.
F. Indoor bouldering and  :pissed:
S. Evening spent on the Malvern Hills. Have meant to get up there with my camera for ages. Waited 2 hours for 10 seconds of good light. Glorious!
S. Rubicon, working bigger tail and the press, did neither. Newstones and Baldstones, fell off last move of Baldstones traverse and didn't want to risk my shoulder/ neck on another go.

YYFY?  Congrats

Went to see Big Country at Bridlington Spa.

Any good?  They seem to tour non-stop, every time I see they're nearby I wonder about going but never get round to it.

I've been to see them 3 times in last three years. They put a lot of effort into their show but sometimes are let down by the sound system. On Saturday they were pretty good although they were not on for that long as it was part of an 80's night.
I'd go see them again.

First proper band I ever saw live. Who stands in for Stuart Adamson?

Cheers all - should probably not cross-post so I'll resurrect the goodDADvice thread as a few things that others might find useful!

Yeah please stop sullying the Big Country thread.

Ah, heady memories of sweaty gigs in Birmingham's finest pits.

M: LI-Aerocap - 4min on 1min off x 4

T: LI-Aerocap - 4min on 1min off x 4

W: Stretching and Antags

T: Diamond - Conditions were rubbish, put the clips up on Non-Tidal Screamer and worked out beta for the top section. 1st redpoint, greased off a wet hold I hadn't dried near the start, 2nd go gripping to tight due to how humid it was and fell off in the same place, felt really powered out.

F: LI-Aerocap - 4min on 1min off x 4

S: Rest

S: Diamond - Clips up on N-TS moves felt easy in isolation and conditions felt good. 1st redpoint got through all of the bottom crux to the rest and was really pumped, struggled to recover on the good rest and waited there for ages. Carried on and just melted on the easy section after the rest, fingers uncurling! Fitness is improving slightly but still a way off, happy to get a high point.

Conditions went terrible and it poured down, fell off a seeping hold low down and stripped the route.
