Thanks for the link!

Yes, always a problem. I'm more interested in the KR1S, which looks like a reasonable deal for £3k - which I don't have right now, but.. That's really reassuring to see.

I got pulled for speeding on mine, post track, with a pattern fairing and no lights. None of that got a mention, unless it was somehow covered in the 2 month ban..   I met a guy at Cadwell who was racing a tidy looking FZR 600, which he'd picked up from the island, and obviously raced, for £600. Looked like you couldn't go wrong with something like that.

It's funny, I was talking with a friend tonight, on the way back from the Peak, about getting another bike. Well, seeing as I didn't die the first time..

That's depreciated about £500 in 24 years.

That's a great shot Nibs! It also reminds me of an excellent short piece Bubba wrote many years ago, about razzing out into the Peak - which would be great to read again - something about clipping trees with your helmet to mark your turn in point IIRC.

It certainly was. I can't remember what it was called - before On the Hedge  ;D but after the Kwaka tag line "more flickable than a bogey in double maths" that he came up with..  ;D

Brilliant! Some stunning bikes and some that I wouldn't ride even for millions (the drag racers)! Nutters.

Just finished watching the MotoGP. The front tire of those who'd chosen the soft one at the end looked like it had been munched by a bunch of wild dogs.
Mental.

Absolutely. Great decision to mount hard tire both front and rear. Paid off big time.
Anyway they are utter nutters.
