Good Physio/Hand person in London
November 10, 2015, 01:03:49 pm
I've had a niggling A2 injury for pretty much a year now and I am sick of the fact that it simply hasn't healed fully. I have devoured pretty much every article/comment on the internet about them and am at my wits end.

I have tried everything like icing, contrast baths, massage, flossing etc and it still doesn't feel right.

I can use it to crimp pretty hard but it doesn't feel "right" and I still feel the injury site all day everyday pretty much.

From what Dave Mac suggests, all the healing will be done by now so I have no idea why its still hurting so long after the initial injury.

I have been open handing as much as possible for about 5 months now to no avail. A few times I have been pain free only to find that I will wake up after a session the previous day that didn't aggravate it and its hurting again.

By hurting the "pain" varies between a dull ache and barely anything at all but it should be better by now. I tape whenever I climb using the H method but I don't really feel like thats helping.

Basically I think I need to be prodded and poked by someone who really knows what they are doing and specialises in these sort of things. Does anyone know of someone like this in london (south east preferably).
