Anyone got any beta on this. Only info i could find is that its about v10 on pinches and been described as a harder version of bear claw. Which if true is bad news as bear claw may aswell be v17 for me

It is a bit ignored these days. I did it in 2002 so I can't remember much beta wise. The description of a harder bear-claw is probably mine - I remember it being very similar. There's also a hard section high up where the angle changes just before the belay. I would probably remember more if I was stood underneath it.

Thats not quite true, I think he did do Zeke around that time though.

But as myths go I'm all for it, Miles deserves continued recognition.

Whoever bolted it had great vision.  ;)

I don't fully understand the comparison with Bear Claw though - except not travelling very far on the crux, and being "position-y".

Top bit OK IIRC, unless Welford pulled off any holds that were too big!

I might get back on it. That'll be depressing.
