For reference, I'm a 42 in Futuras and the 41.5 in these was still far too big. I'd probably want to go down to a 40.5, at a guess.

Do you think they might fit me - I am currently wearing 42.5 Futuras (took some effort to get into them, nice and snug now -43 in Miura VS).

I think it will depend on the profile of your feet. I tried bens 42 futuras on and they were a good fit for me but I would go smaller if I got a pair and yet I would say that the genius fit me better than they fitted him. There was some baggyness around the top of the shoe for Ben whereas I fit fine in that area. I imagine that these would fit you quite well if you struggle to get into a futura 42.5 but it seems it's quite foot shape dependent.

^^ That, basically. They seemed a bit wider in the forefoot than the Futuras, but I've got quite long, narrow feet.
