So...

Anyone played with one? Any great advantage over a BM and a clock?
In any way worth the cost of ~4 BM2000's?

Had a brief hang on one. No opinion on the timer gimmick; didn't think fit & finish of the board itself was up to BM standards.

There was one hanging outside a shop in Missouri that I had a go on. It's mounted on a metal frame and moves slightly when load is applied, which is how it counts, I would imagine. If you wanted to use the fancy timer I'd rip the finger board off the metal frame and use it for a more suitable application (desk tidy, door stop, fire wood) and replace it with a BM or any other finger board for that matter.
