Nervey Elbow
November 01, 2014, 04:49:17 pm
Hiya folks,

Been suffering with a niggle since March now, and it's turning into a proper annoyance. I've seen a few physios about it, and the consensus seems to be it's an irritated nerve. My latest physio reckons its starting in my neck (bad posture, lots of laptop typing etc). Apparently my right shoulder is dropped too. I was wondering if anyone had any special climber tricks to help it, or console me with tales of wonder recovery.

I get pain, not loads but enough to feel like something's wrong, around the golfers elbow/pronator teres area when doing pull up style things, as well as a sharp tightness around the funny bone bit when my arm's at an acute angle and tensing. Still capable of climbing at maybe 85% though, but a christmas font trip is looming and I'd rather not be holding back the whole time!

Cheers in advance.
