What?

I thought this was a bit more related to the fact that probably this belongs in the quality/non-quality vid threads rather than inspring a thread of its own.  It's great that Mike had a great day(not to menation a nice video), but this sort of fits into the debate about whether somethingis/isn't sgnificant. 

Unless the point was to talk about the new warm routine of doing a v10, which doesn't fit the post itself, and should actually be in diets and training......
