OK, so, apart from complete rest, what should one do the day before going bouldering on rock, to recruit the most?
In the past I did some deadlifting sessions and they felt good, but now I can't (meniscus and no gym).
I'm trying today the following:
- foot on campusing, +8kg, two sets in total.
- one arm lock offs on incut BM rung, four in total.
- front levers/front lever pulls, two in total.
- maybe very little, intense weights.
Thoughts?
