London bouldering wall
June 05, 2014, 11:48:17 am
Going to have some time to kill before getting the train back north from euston and would like to fit a session in. Can any London people give me a heads up as to the best wall to head to? Was thinking either vauxwall or the biscuit factory.

Arch / Biscuit Factory is good, but is like climbing in a crowded sauna in the evenings.  Vauxwall is not actually that great but okay is you're near it.

Unfortunately my visit will be in the evening. With your description of the arch being a sauna at this time I may give it a miss and head to vauxwall. Thanks for your help.

The Castle is pretty decent for bouldering nowadays, they've expanded it recently and the outdoor boulders are very pleasant on a summer evening. Also really easy to get back to euston from there

I agree with mattg - Castle has plenty of good bouldering (over four floors now) and is five stops from Euston on the tube.

Afterwards you can nip into 'Fire' for a refreshing drink and a relaxing atmosphere  ;D

Stay north, go to the Castle.
