Lack of endurance and more prone to injury? Nah, can't see any parallels for me in that.

the injuries are pretty much all due to your increased climbing activity

when you spent more time drinking you were fine

According to that article if you have plenty of Brocoli with your Red wine you should be ok.

my theoretical athletic performance is greatly enhanced by the intake of alcohol, in a sample of one I've found that the average theoretical grade increase is 2 E grades, 3 french grades and 2 font grades. Strangely we found the winter and alpine theoretical grade decreased; though the door to the pub was ajar.

I climb hardest hungover. Must be all the weight loss due to dehydration.

now that the economy is picking up, we'll probably see the return of self-cert grades; meaning that theoretical grade increases will be worth concentrating on
