Momentum Climbing

I was interested in getting hold of one of the Momentum Boulder Buckets but have just had a look online and there seems little trace of the company recently. Have they gone under? Does anyone know?

Hey, thanks for that. I did find a couple of places online who sold them but they are all out of stock including boulders.
There have been no updates on twitter, facebook etc since the middle of last year so just thought they might have shut up shop which seems a shame.

He was making me a custom chalk bucket and stopped because his wife is very poorly, which is fair enough as its way more important than climbing.  I suspect it is officially 'on hold', not under.  Fingers crossed for them.

Thanks for the info. Shame to hear that. Yes, lots of things are more important than work.

Hi all its Gareth formerly of Momentum Bouldering.

Sadly my girlfriend (soon to be wife) was diagnosed with a rare cancer summer of last year which meant I needed to get a more stable form of income and was forced to close down the business.  She had a major op and 6 months of Chemo which she is close to finishing and fingers crossed that will be the end of it.

Anyway thanks to everyone who bought one of my products, I appreciate the support I received with the venture.  I don't think I will return to it as my heart is just not in it anymore but I if anybody out there is considering doing something similar I would be more than happy to share everything I learned a long the way so someone else can give it a go.

Cheers
Gareth
