Where 'Born of Frustration' escapes right into Necrosis, climb straight up the prow via an awkward grovel to a pocket, before a rounded scary mantel to finish on the very tip of the nose. E5 if you have the biggest of cams for the top break, otherwise a large sling round the spike protects what would still be an unpleasant fall.
