Nothing chronic at the moment but long term shoulder and elbow tweaks need sorting. I suspect I've got inbuilt climbing and training habits/movement that don't help so looking for someone with good knowledge who can tell me what I'm doing wrong, or just sort it out.
If someone local is too much to hope for then I'm occasionally in London.
(I've seen the Bristol thread, I'll resort to that if nothing else comes up)
