I have a pain in my tricep, but it's only there in a specific position- when I twist my palm outwards.

There's a small ache on the inside of my tricep when, kind of leading into the arm pit.

Anyone have any ideas?

The twisting starts with palm against leg, and twist out anti clockwise.
