I'm going with moose's prediction....

Still, already looking forward to the World Cup and the usual routine.  Terrible games in the group stages to creep into the quarters / first knock-out round.  Then putting in our one good performance against the first "top 10" team we play, only to get eliminated in semi-unfair / tragic circumstances leaving only a sense of aggrieved pride and lots of redundant plastic flags.  My bet is on being made to play in 40deg heat in the middle of the afternoon, against a team with one more day's rest that have been based in that venue and acclimatized, having a goal disallowed and a player sent off and going out on penalties.  The penalty likely missed by late surprise call-up Ravel Morrison.

With Arsenal's propensity for fucking things up this is surely the most open FA Cup for years. Great stuff.

Indeed.
Hopefully common sense will prevail.
The owners threatening to walk away if they do - but I don't think he'd walk away from the £74million he's leant the club!

Didn't think things could get any worse for Man U, then they go and win 3-0 to ensure that Moyes isn't sacked. Brilliant!

Was fun sat next to Patta last night. He is not a happy bunny but then again it serves him right for not supporting his hometown team, which would be Oxford United for him  ;D

Interesting a couple of ManUfans on 606 saying it was one of the most enjoyable seasons in years... guess it gets boring if you win most things most of the time...

Marvellous but hardly "oof" though is it re Man U?

Again I found it fucking hilarious that our media had bigged them and this game up as being a massive thing. How was one all at home seen as a good result?

Bayern got the result they needed away without having to try too hard and were always going to do the necessary at home. It's like Man U from 1997 or so playing a team like Norwich, why do you think the bookies had Bayern at 1/5?

I particularly liked Pep's pre game press conference. If any evidence was needed that The Scum are finished under Moyes that was it.

Its still in the oof category for me... I'm not used to the new ManU yet..

I thought the Old Trafford game was the first match in ages that I'd seen them have a bit of that old get up and go that they had under the GovanGumChewer...

Nice one agent Borini. Just need to avoid fucking up against Norwich now! I get the feeling it won't be the usual 5 goal walk in the park!

I'm surprised I didn't hear my Norwich supporting friend's cry of woe when Sunderland got that penalty.  Norwich still 3pts ahead but playing Liverpool (H), Man Utd (A), Chelsea (A) then Arsenal (H).  Sunderland have winnable home games versus Cardiff, WBA, and Swansea (with an away trip to Man Utd amidst those).

Well there were 5 goals... Hope Liverpool smash Chelsea on Sunday including a dodgy penalty and Mourinho's head explodes.

What a great season and it's still going down to the wire on lots of fronts. Against all odds from a couple of weeks ago we've somehow managed to get into the driving seat for the final playoff place with 3 games to go.

Home to Blackpool today then home v Yeovil and away at Forest on the final day looks like a decent run in. However, as it's the Championship we could end up with 1 point.

Mind you, recent Premiership results are proving just as bonkers.  ;D
