I dunno, I can envisage that this gentleman has walked into his bathroom to find his cat curled up in the basin and thought "Thats cool I'll snap a picture on my phone quickly before he moves" and not thought twice about his state of attire or the position of the mirror.

The cross dressing pokemon fanatic though is a mystery. Why the fuck would you have a mate there snapping pictures, as they're bound to stick 'em on the net. Or if there was no second party to the picture why the fuck has stuck the picture on the net?
