Where there's a Quill, there's a way.

Best of all, he did it without using his patented hungover weightloss strategy, which has to add at least a grade?

Maybe I'm crossing the event horizon of curmudgeondom, but that insta post/hyperbolic word salad was too much for me.

Barefoot on Duel though. OMG OMG SIIIIIICK.

A regular trope of UKC forums is that 'there are loads of of people repeating hard routes but you just never hear about them/don't know who they are' but no name has ever been put forward that I hadn't already heard of...until today. This guy is British (according to 8a.nu) but even if not his ascents are significant enough to appear here, surprised they haven't been (apologies if they have but nothing in the search function):

For those that don't want to click through 3rd ascent of Finnish Line plus two other 8C  :o :o

Finnish Line is likely a very hard boulderproblem. Video, or it didn't happen.

I’ve heard of him. I won’t be the only UKB poster who knows his UK-resident brother, Loz.

3rd ascent. It was done by someone else recently.
The other stuff he has done get ascents more regularly but not written up.
I think there is only one more major Earl addition needing repeating.

On the Siegrist front, Jumbo looks like basically the best sport route in the world! Cool it's got done again.
