In mini-wad news Scottish beast Euan McFadyen just did Dark Sakai 8B in Switzerland, the significant part being he's 16 years old and started climbing 2 years ago.  0 to 8B in 2 years, is that some kind of record?

It was a great effort, he tried really hard! Grunts like Ondra! He used some different foot beta that a friend who was trying it thought might make it 8b now. See what other repeaters think.

Just slightly different feet that seemed to make quite a difference on the crux move.

It was Joble and he got close, think if he had better skin he would have done it with this beta.
