Ahahaha you must be kidding! No one knows anything at the moment!
The M5S is the first party now, but it's formally on its own and doesn't have the required majority.
The right wing coalition is the first coalition, has slightly more votes than M5S but not the required majority.
The left wing basically disappeared from Italian politics due to the foolish behaviour of its (ex) leader Renzi (what an idiot).
M5S attracted lots of votes from ex left wing voters disappointed by PD politics. It should be logical to form a coalition with the left area of the PD, which split from PD due to Renzi.
Problem is, M5S have strong right hand behaviours. On the immigration matter, they basically are in line with the right wing. And not only on this matter.
So I can't really tell what's going to happen, except that it won't be good.
An M5S government will be a failure of enormous proportions, because they don't have a clue. Their leader, before turining to politics, used to sell drinks at football matches.
The only good thing to do would be to form a "technical government" with the specific and only aim to promote the new electoral law.
Because, just in case you didn't know, we voted our latest few Parliaments with an unconstitutional system, and this new one, that debuted last weekend, keeps all the unconstitutional traits of the previous one.
Basically, our Parliament is unconstitutionally elected.
